TECTA FRAME is a patent pending wall system that has many significant advantages in remote locations, where disassembly is mandated or on steep terrain. FRAME uses the same Blocks as FORM but with a light weight galvanised steel frame that clips together or apart for relocation or re-use.

• Blocks are large but light. 2.4m x 0.6m x 155mm and are laid horizontally.

• Standard blocks weigh between 40kg and 60kg depending on the mix of core materials.

• Insulation values range from R=5 to R=3 

• Acoustic isolation ranges from 30dB to 45dB 

• 2 hour fire rating blocks are coming soon

• Blocks can be cut to length with cordless power tools. No metal fixing are needed.

• MgO splines align the blocks and a water based adhesive is used to secure the walls prior to tie rods being tensioned.

• The steel tube frame drops in place as the walls are assembled.

• The 3D reinforced steel structure is hidden inside the wall and protected from the elements.
